'Blast' frozen (like peas!) to minimise nutrient loss and retain the quality, the quality of the turkey that goes into our freezer is the quality that comes out.
Please note this is for farm collection only (except at Easter and Thanksgiving when we have collection days). Once you have placed your order we will be in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect from the farm. If you have a date in mind please add it to the notes in your order.
The KellyBronze turkey crown is both breasts on the bone and includes giblets, so that you don't miss out on the most delicious gravy ever! Free range and slow-grown for flavour and tenderness.
We recommend 24-36 hours to defrost your turkey crown in a cool place. Remember to ensure it is at room temperature before you put it in the oven.
